Please take a moment to review our Replacement & Refunds Policy, which outlines the steps to follow if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To start a Replacement or Refund claim, complete the form below. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date to be eligible for review.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide one of the following remedies at no additional cost to you. You will not need to return the item unless specifically requested as part of the resolution process:

  • A replacement of the original item, or

  • A full refund if a replacement is not available or feasible
